Bread Festival in Monterosso Almo

The festival of Monterossani bread and flavors in Monterosso Almo takes place every year in August and celebrates the culinary traditions of the village.
On the occasion of the festival, various stands are set up in the main square of the village, Piazza San Giovanni where it is possible to taste homemade bread, appreciated throughout the Hyblaean area for its high quality standards, seasoned with oil, oregano, caciocavallo and the classic "capuliato", i.e. chopped dried tomato, accompanied by a good glass of red wine from the hills of the area .
During the evening folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows are organised.
