Autumn Festival in Roccafiorita

The Autumn Festival in Roccafiorita takes place in the month of November and celebrates the aromas, flavors and traditions of this small village which stands on the slopes of Mount Kalfa.
On the occasion of the gastronomic event, a journey is organized experiential to discover the ancient flavors of typical Sicilian cuisine.
In the main square of the village, stands are set up where it is possible to taste typical local products and specialties: homemade bread, handmade macaroni, biscuits, cheeses, sausages and cured meats, wines and mustard, country soup, seasonal fruit and much more. During the days of the festival it is possible to take part in experiential workshops and group lessons which aim to promote the ancient rituals of the typical cuisine of Roccafiorita.
