Busiata Festival in Buseto Palizzolo
The Busiata Festival in Buseto Palizzolo takes place in the month of September and celebrates one of the typical dishes of the culinary tradition of the village: the busiate, fresh pasta prepared with a characteristic twisted shape.
On the occasion of the gastronomic festival, stands where you can taste the traditional busiate and typical local products, organized folk and entertainment shows, and workshops to discover the ancient techniques for making busiate.
A large market exhibition will be held within the Busiata festival: a combination between food and wine and authentic tradition.
