Contrada San Pietro in Panarea
San Pietro is the seat of the inhabited center of Panarea , it is the main landing place and the beating heart of the whole island.
In San Pietro, in the port area, is the ancient thermal spring near Punta Peppemaria. The waters coming from the seabed reach 50° and are also used for therapeutic purposes.
From the port, following the road that leads to the mountain, you reach the inhabited center characterized by the typical Aeolian houses, the recognizable architecture and the characteristic color White.
