Church of San Francesco in Floridia
The Church of San Francesco d'Assisi in Floridia is a neoclassical style religious building.
It was built in the nineteenth century.
The façade, delimited by pilaster strips, is divided into three orders by string courses: the portal is located on the first order, a rectangular window surmounted by a broken curvilinear tympanum on the second order, and the three-light bell gable is located on the third order.
The interior, with a single nave, features a valuable marble altar decorated with polychrome motifs.
Among the works kept inside the valuable church is the wooden statue of San Francesco D'Assisi.
