Bersaglieri biscuits

Sicilian Bersaglieri are typical biscuits from the Etna area. These are biscuits with a soft consistency covered with cocoa glaze. Once they were traditionally eaten for the Feast of the Dead on November 2, today it is possible to enjoy them throughout the year. Generally, the bersaglieri are produced and sold together with the queen biscuits, from which they differ in the presence of cocoa among the ingredients, which in the queen biscuits is replaced with lemon juice.
