The Diodoro Siculo Naturalistic Museum of Agira, housed in Palazzo Giunta, is an important museum center located in the historic center of the city.
The museum is dedicated to the natural landscapes of Sicily with particular attention paid to the Vallone di Piano della Corte di Agira.
The museum is divided into several sections: Artifacts from the Erei Mountains; Thematic rooms each dedicated to a specific natural aspect; Anthropic section showing Sicilian traditions and customs; Sicilian Fauna where Habitats of different animals are recreated.
