The Angelo Majorana Municipal Library in Militello in Val di Catania is located in the ancient convent of San Domenico. The library is located on the ground floor, while on the upper floor there is the museo-pinacoteca S.Guzzone.
The library houses over 41,000 texts, a precious Ancient Fund and some sixteenth-century works.
Of particular value is the Historical Archive which collects documents that span five centuries of municipal history.
