The Carnival in Casteldaccia is the most awaited event of the month of February and every year fills the streets and squares of the village with music and joy.
On the occasion of the carnival a busy program of events is organized with parades of allegorical floats and masked groups, games and entertainment for the little ones, shows and live music, festivals and tastings of typical specialties of the carnival tradition in Sicily such as pasta with sauce and typical carnival desserts.
