Feast of Mary SS. Sorrowful to Saint Elia - Saint Flavia
The Feast of the Holy Mary. Addolorata in Sant'Elia, a small seaside village in the hamlet of Santa Flavia, takes place in the month of September and includes a rich religious and recreational programme.
The religious celebrations culminate on the day of the Solemn procession of the simulacrum of the SS. Virgin of Sorrows through the streets of the town.
Numerous collateral events are organized during the celebrations: the blue fish festival, the traditional antenna game, musical, folkloristic and entertainment shows. p>
