Peach festival in Bivona

The Peach Festival in Bivona takes place every year in August and celebrates the product par excellence of this village: the Pescabivona PGI.
The nature of the soil, the abundance of water and the favorable climate make Bivona an excellent producer of this variety of peach which is characterized by a white and firm pulp and a velvety flavour.
During the event numerous stands are set up where you can taste the Pescabivona, other varieties of peaches and typical local products . Stands are also set up with typical handicraft products, and show cooking, entertainment and musical shows are organised.
