"Saccense" sole


"Saccense" sole is a seafood dish typical of Agrigento cuisine and in particular of the city of Sciacca. It is a second dish based on sole, fennel, olives and orange juice. The sole fillets are placed on a bed of fennel and sprinkled with orange juice. The dish is completed with the addition of breadcrumbs, black olives, salt and a drizzle of oil.
