Sicilian Almond Museum in Favara
The Museum of the Sicilian Almond of Favara, Marzipan, aims to promote the territory through the enhancement of one of its agri-food excellences in Sicily: the Sicilian almond. The museum accompanies the visitor along a path to discover the history of the almond tree, its properties, harvesting and processing, up to the use of the fruit in pastry and more generally in the kitchen.
