Here is my wine shop: animated by the spirit of rediscovery of the true Sicilian food and wine traditions, and reaching out to an audience with a demanding and curious palate, where for years my collaborators and I have been promoting and offering also through explanatory tastings' sins of gluttony made in Sicily '. Between barrels and lace, our shelves full of delicacies including fine liqueur wines: habit and habit of the after dinner of the past such as Marsala, Zibibbo, Passito di Pantelleria or Malvasia di Salina, Rosoli with citrus fruits or with fragrant spices like carobs and cinnamon. All this is accompanied by jars with spices and jars full of local goodness: pesto, pate, preserves, jams and honeys and extra virgin olive oils in compliance with accurate and careful production processes, grappas from native pomace, typical sweets with almonds , hazelnuts and pistachios, Madonite nougats and the exquisite Modica chocolate.
