Feast of San Sebastiano in Melilli
Two feasts are celebrated in honor of San Sebastiano in Melilli: January 20 on the occasion of the canonical feast and May 4 in memory of the arrival of the Simulacrum of San Sebastiano in Melilli.
The feast of San Sebastiano in Melilli on January 20 , the day of his "dies natalis", begins at six o'clock, when the solemn unveiling of the thaumaturgical statue, placed on the high altar, takes place. The Saint remains exposed to the veneration of the faithful for the entire octave, to be preserved, then, in its niche until May 4th.

During the Eucharistic celebration the Mayor and the municipal administration offer a candle to the Patron Saint on behalf of the entire citizenship.
The civil and military city authorities will participate.
