Every year a great medieval festival is organized in Mineo which enhances the ancient origins of this village. Numerous shows, events and exhibitions are organized on the occasion of the event. The knights, the flag-wavers, the falconers, the fire-breathers and the dancers who will take part in the event will transport the visitor back to medieval times. Among the events organized, the palio of the girls, the medieval tournament on horseback and the musical shows with a medieval theme stand out. Ample space is dedicated to children's entertainment.
