Red Garlic & White Salt in Paceco

Rosso Aglio & Bianco Sale is the event that celebrates the ancient trade of the salt worker and the typical productions of sea salt and Nubia red garlic. The event takes place in the month of September in the splendid area of ​​the Trapani and Paceco salt pans natural reserve.
On the occasion of the review it is possible to witness the magic of the salt harvest at sunset, accompanied by the traditional songs of the salt workers. Meetings, conferences and guided tours of the salt pan reserve and the salt museum are also organised. Finally, a gastronomic village and the market of flavors are set up with stands for tasting typical local products and specialities.
