Sapori di Zagara is a gastronomic event that celebrates the "Citrus culture". On the occasion of the Brolo Citrus Fruit Festival, numerous stands are set up for the tasting of typical local citrus-based products and in particular the Pasticcino Brolese. During the event, various cultural meetings are organized on the theme of citrus fruits which are strongly linked to the history of Brolo and the nebrodi, musical and entertainment shows and animation for the little ones.
