Macaroni Festival in Sant'Angelo di Brolo
The Maccheroni Festival in Sant'Angelo di Brolo is organized every year on the occasion of the Celebrations in honor of San Michele Arcangelo.
On the occasion of the Maccheroni Festival, local housewives prepare tasty homemade macaroni with Nebrodi black pig sauce. The tasting of macaroni is always accompanied by a good glass of local wine and the tasting of other typical local products and dishes. Folkloristic and entertainment events and shows are also organised.
