Festival of Mutilughia in Ragusa
In Ragusa, on the occasion of the feast of San Giuseppe, the Mitilugghia festival is traditionally organised, during which it is possible to taste this typical traditional dish siciliana: a soft focaccia that is traditionally seasoned with oil and rosemary.
