Olive Festival in Pollina
The Olive Tree Festival in Pollina takes place in the month of November in the hamlet of Finale and includes cultural moments, tastings and entertainment until late in the evening.
On the occasion of the festival, stands are set up where you can taste the traditional Finalara pasta with sauce and olives, bread seasoned with oil and olives, local wine and other typical local specialties.
A rich program of events is also organised: conferences, equestrian parades, book presentations, exhibitions, tastings, folkloristic and musical shows and entertainment.
