The Civic Museum of Santa Marina di Salina, also known as the Museum of the Sea and Salt is divided into three rooms: the first room is dedicated to the Lingua lake and to the history of the existing salt pan inside with reproductions of photos and prints that allow you to learn about the evolution of the entire area; the second room is dedicated to the Punta Lingua lighthouse in which the history of the lighthouse is told, with an exhibition of original documents owned by the various light-keepers who lived in the building until 1973; the third room is dedicated to temporary exhibitions and is equipped for multimedia activities.
