College of Canons in Francofonte
The Collegio dei Canonici in Francofonte, now the sacristy of the Basilica of Sant'Antonio Abate, is located on the southern side of the Mother Church.
It was built in 1742, the year in which the Insigne Collegiata was established in the Mother Church.
The facade has a portal with carvings in an almost Renaissance style.
Inside there are elements of notable artistic value: a Baroque stoup, on top of which has been placed a statuette in white stone from Comiso depicting L 'Agnus Dei, probably dating back to the XIII century; the wooden furnishings, in solid walnut, dating back to 1742.
