Church of San Giacomo in Gela
The new Church of San Giacomo Maggiore in Gela rises in the space of the vegetable garden of an old medieval church. It was a country church, since at that time Gela did not extend beyond the walls of the Porta Licata.
In the square in front of the church there is a suggestive Catalan Gothic arch with a pointed arch, which it is the portal of the old demolished church.
