Tastings in Novara di Sicilia

Special Tastings in Novara di Sicilia is an event that takes place during the Christmas holidays and has the aim of enhancing the food and wine excellences typical of the Christmas tradition of this village.
On the occasion of the event, in the streets of village heated by lit fires, a great tasting journey is set up in the name of authenticity and tradition: homemade soups such as "lightning and thrones", tasty and steaming pork meat that will accompany croutons, legumes and polenta, arancini with sauce cod, cintimmi with fennel, crostini with frittole, "risu niru" (black rice), cuccìa, decomposed cannoli, chocolate crunchies and much more.
