Cherry Festival in Montagnareale
The Cherry Festival in Montagnareale celebrates the agricultural product par excellence of this village, the cherry. In this small agricultural village, in fact, various varieties of cherries are grown, among which the best known is the so-called cherry of Paradise.
On the occasion of the event, numerous stands are set up where it will be possible to taste the cherries of Montagnareale, the numerous dishes made with them and other typical dishes and products of the local tradition. Stands are also set up with typical local handicraft products, folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows are organised, and guided tours of the historic center and the surrounding area, rich in ancient mills, millstones and oil mills.
