Rinella Beach in Salina
Rinella Beach in Salina is the only sandy beach on the island. It has a coastline made up of dark sand and pebbles washed by a crystalline sea. The beach is recommended for snorkelers who, in addition to marine fauna and flora, can observe one of the most fascinating natural phenomena of Salina, the "sconcassi", that is gas and vapor leaks from the seabed that represent the last volcanic phenomena of the island.
