The undisputed protagonist of the three days will be the famous pasta with honey, a typical dish of the Buterese tradition. The City of Butera is preparing to host the 2023 edition of "Butera at the table" on 20, 21 and 22 October. Numerous events are on the programme, such as live concerts, sensorial journeys, tastings, impromptu art shows and exhibitions. The event, created with the aim of enhancing the typical features of the Nisse area and promoting the specialties of local gastronomy, becomes an unmissable opportunity to admire the beauty of the small Sicilian village, the many churches and the magnificent Castello and also taste the local products.
