The Church of San Pantaleone di Alcara Li Fusi has medieval origins even if its present appearance is from the seventeenth century.

The interior was completely remodeled in the eighteenth century.
The splendid seventeenth-century organ , among the oldest in Sicily.
Among the works kept in the church of particular interest is the altarpiece of the high altar painted by Damiano Basile in 1599 which depicts, in the lunette above, God the Father blessing, in the main canvas, the Madonna surrounded by musical angels and in the lower part the Saints Pantaleone, Lucia, Stefano, San Leone Magno, Sant'Antonio Abate and Sant'Agata.
