Norman castle in Militello Rosmarino
The Norman castle of Militello Rosmarino is today reduced to a state of ruin: only a monumental arch of the main entrance remains.
It stands on a hill overlooking the village, in visual contact with the castles of San Marco, Capo d'Orlando and San Fratello.
The castle had a regular plan and was surrounded by a wall. Inside there were warehouses, rooms, prisons and a church.
