The Church of San Sebastiano in Militello Rosmarino is an ancient building of worship in the village.
It was built in the 16th century.
The simple façade is embellished with a portal with a triumphal arch in red San Marco marble dating back to the beginning of the 18th century.
The interior, with a single nave, houses valuable works: the 17th-century wooden statues of San Cosma and San Damiano; an organ from 1755 by Don Annibale Lo Bianco; a valuable wooden choir; the canvas depicting the Madonna between Saints Sebastiano and Rocco, by Pietro Novelli; the wooden statue of San Sebastiano dating back to 1757; the papier-mâché urn of the Dead Christ, by an unknown artist, dating back to the 17th century.
